According to the needs of the client, the main questions and the research design are coordinated, worked out and agreed upon by both IFA and the customer to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. Of course, it goes without saying that during the project there are regular reports back about the results, and mutual reflections within the framework of the steering committee. In this way applicability becomes more effective and quality assurance is enhanced and increased.
